Jili BDT Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

01 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and jili bdt (" Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the jili bdt website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services.

By registering an account on jili bdt, making a deposit, or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jili bdt platform.

These Terms apply to all players accessing jili bdt from Bangladesh and any other permitted jurisdiction. Jili bdt reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. 02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and maintain an account on jili bdt, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Jili bdt operates a strict 18+ policy and will verify the age of any player where there is reasonable doubt.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jili bdt employee.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on jili bdt. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

Jili bdt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on jili bdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies and do not perform currency conversion. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• bKash — Instant deposits, minimum ৳200
• Nagad — Instant deposits, minimum ৳200
• Rocket — Instant deposits, minimum ৳200

Deposits are credited to your jili bdt account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Jili bdt is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems or network issues on the player's end.

Withdrawal requests on jili bdt are processed within five minutes on average during normal operating hours. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account that has been used to make a deposit on the same jili bdt account.
• Jili bdt may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Any active bonus funds must have their wagering requirements met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Jili bdt reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

Jili bdt does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control. Please check with your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account for applicable charges.

04 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Jili bdt offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general rules apply to all jili bdt bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds may be withdrawn, subject to wagering requirements being met.
• The standard wagering requirement for jili bdt welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Individual promotions may carry different requirements, which will be clearly stated.

05 Account Security and Player Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jili bdt account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

Jili bdt strongly recommends that all players:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their account via the security settings page.
• Use a unique, strong password that is not used for any other online service.
• Log out of their jili bdt account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact jili bdt support immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

Any activity that occurs on your jili bdt account while you are logged in — or while your credentials are being used — is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. Jili bdt will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

06 Prohibited Activities and Fair Play

Jili bdt is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jili bdt platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Cheating or collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Use of automated software — bots, scripts, or any software that automates gameplay or decision-making.
• Exploitation of software errors — deliberately taking advantage of bugs, glitches, or errors in the jili bdt platform. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Money laundering — using jili bdt to process funds derived from illegal activities. We are required by law to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.

07 Game Rules and Platform Availability

In the event of a conflict between a game's specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules will take precedence for matters relating to gameplay, and these Terms will take precedence for matters relating to accounts, payments, and conduct.

Jili bdt makes every effort to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may need to take the platform offline for scheduled maintenance or emergency repairs. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — such as a disconnection or server error — jili bdt will attempt to resolve the round based on the game state at the time of the failure. If a round cannot be resolved, the stake will be returned to the player's account. Jili bdt's decision on the outcome of interrupted game rounds is final.

All games on jili bdt use certified random number generators (RNG) or physical dealing in the case of live dealer games. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all games and are verified by independent auditors.

08 Responsible Gaming

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the jili bdt platform without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any jili bdt software.
• Use the jili bdt name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without our written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jili bdt's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Jili bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from:

• Platform downtime or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Changes to applicable laws or regulations that affect the availability of our services.

Nothing in these Terms limits jili bdt's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your jili bdt account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, any remaining balance will be paid out to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding investigations.

Jili bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The player's account shows signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Jili bdt is required to do so by law or by a regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jili bdt reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. Players will be notified of the outcome of any investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which jili bdt holds its gaming licence. In the event of a dispute between you and jili bdt, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance, as most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence jili bdt operates. Details of the applicable regulatory authority are available on request from our support team.

Jili bdt's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final, subject to the dispute resolution process described above. We are committed to treating all players fairly and resolving disputes in a transparent and timely manner.
